PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station terminal capable of properly storing only the information for grasping the interior state of a vehicle on the occurrence of an unauthorized ride and a crime case or the like, and protecting privacy of general customers, independently of the unauthorized ride and the crime case or the like. SOLUTION: The mobile station terminal 1 mounted on a vehicle, acting as a mobile station is equipped with a control section 14 that acquires vehicle interior information for grasping the state in the vehicle from an imaging means 11 or the like, discriminates whether there is abnormality in the pay drive state of the vehicle, deletes the acquired vehicle interior information, when it is decided that there is no abnormality in the pay drive state of the vehicle; and processing of storing the acquired vehicle interior information is carried out, when it is decided that there is abnormality in the pay drive state of the vehicle.
