<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device which is operated with low power consumption, in which reliability of stored information is high, and which is small-sized, light-weight and inexpensive, and its drive method. <P>SOLUTION: The storage device has a memory cell array in which at least storage elements are arranged in a matrix state and a write-in circuit, the storage element has a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and an organic compound layer formed therebetween, the write-in circuit has a voltage generating circuit generating voltage to apply at a plurality of times, and a timing control circuit controlling an output time of the voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
