PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximally detect takeout of a carrying object in the middle of carrying. SOLUTION: This apparatus determines that the carrying object is extracted, in the case of a moving distance X1 - a moving distance X2 < a distance L1, by comparing a value of the moving distance X1 - the moving distance X2 with the distance L1 between a first position K1 and a second position K2, on and after the presence of the carrying object is not detected in the second position, by calculating the moving distance X1 of the carrying object from when knowing that the carrying object 3 passes through the first position K1 by a detected result of a first detecting means 11 and the moving distance X2 of the carrying object from when knowing that the carrying object passes through the second position K2 by a detected result of a second detecting means 14.
