<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection stereoscopic viewing apparatus capable of securing a good field of view and an enough space to operate thereon between an area to be operated and a stereoscopic displaying apparatus, and changing an angle of a display surface of a stereoscopic display panel in a small space, even if set on a position allowing an operator easy viewing. <P>SOLUTION: The stereoscopic viewing apparatus comprises an imaging optical system 6 equipped with a first imaging optical system 6A and a second imaging optical system 6B to respectively image an object, which three-dimensionally images the object, an imaging part 2 to opposedly store and keep the first imaging optical system 6A and the second imaging optical system 6B so that each optical axis could be the same, and a liquid crystal monitor 1 to three-dimensionally display the object imaged by the imaging optical systems to be stored in the imaging part 2.
