PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microtubule which has a reversible inclusion ability and motor function and is chemically modified with cyclodextrin, its production method and a nano-biochip performing selective recovery, delivery and controlled release of substances. SOLUTION: The microtubule carrying cyclodextrin contains at least one biotinylated cyclodextrin of general formula 1: cyclodextrin-Lin-biotin (wherein cyclodextrin isα,βorγ-cyclodextrin; Lin is a bivalent linking group; the bond between cyclodextrin and Lin and the bond between Lin and biotin are each a covalent bond; and cyclodextrin and biotin may be directly covalently bonded without Lin), at least one avidin and at least one biotinylated microtubule.
