PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light neck band which can be formed into a ring shape with a diameter corresponding to a user's taste around the outer circumference of the neck without using a stopper. SOLUTION: This neck band surrounds a whole neck circumference of a user setting the neck inside capable of retaining the ring shape in a stable condition. In a lumen part of the band 1 having hygroscopicity, air permeability, soft touch feeling, and quick drying performance and opened at one end or both ends and formed into a cylindrical shape extremely elongated in one direction, inserting ports 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14 are opened along the longitudinal direction of the neck band 1 for inserting and setting a whole of the other end part.
