PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary harrowing apparatus equipped with rotating harrowing wheels having harrowing supporting rods radially protrusively installed to the oblique outside on the outer periphery and arranged on the right and left sides of each crop row. SOLUTION: The rotary harrowing apparatus is obtained by connecting a vertical shaker 14 to the rear of each divided tightening body 10 mounted at a furrow dimension kept therebetween from the central part in a horizontal bar 2 and installing a ruler wheel 20 in the forward direction on one side thereof. Front horizontal bars 28 shorter than the furrow dimension are protrusively installed in the upper part of the central part of the furrow from the front end in the lower part of the vertical shaker 14 parallel to the horizontal bar 2 in front of the horizontal bar 2. Parallelogram links 32 and 33 on the left and right sides are provided in the forward direction in the lower sides on the right and left thereof. Flanged bearings 60 are freely turnably and fixably provided in the lower parts thereof on the right and left, respectively. A rotating harrowing wheel 34 on the left side and a rotating harrowing wheel 35 on right side rotating in contact with ground are mountably and demountably mounted on each rolling bearing 65 protrusively installed from the undersurface of a flange 61 of each flanged bearing 60 on the right and the left sides to the lower side and arranged on the right and the left sides of the crop row P.
