<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cantilever axis holding device for holding a cantilever axis by putting it through a holding hole of an axis supporting member and crimping it in which the crimping strength of the cantilever axis to the axis supporting member is heightened, and the deviation of the supporting position of the cantilever axis is made easy to be absorbed by making the cantilever axis flexible. <P>SOLUTION: In the cantilever axis holding device 62, the cantilever axis 51 is fitted to the axis supporting member by putting the cantilever axis 51 through the holding hole 53 of the axis supporting member like a sheet metal bracket 52, and by crimping it. The two ends of the cantilever axis are positioned by, for example, putting one end into a positioning hole 57 of a sheet metal member 56, and putting the other end into a positioning jig. The axis supporting member is mounted by screws to another member like a sheet metal lateral plate 60. A plurality of apertures 54 are provided around the holding hole of the axis supporting member for reducing the modulus of transverse elasticity of the axis supporting member, and making the axis supporting member easy to be flexible even if the axis supporting member is large in thickness. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
