<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method of a polyglycerine fatty acid ester wherein the amount of unreacted polyglycerine is removed as much as possible from a reaction mixture obtained through a direct esterification reaction between a polyglycerine and a fatty acid in an industrially advantageous manner. <P>SOLUTION: In the preparation method of the polyglycerine fatty acid ester, glycerine is added to the reaction mixture obtained through the direct esterification reaction between the polyglycerine and the fatty acid at≥60°C and <180°C, and a glycerine phase containing the unreacted polyglycerine is separated and removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
