PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll plate capable of manufacturing a reflecting body having a random uneven shape more efficiently without taking cost. SOLUTION: The roll plate is used when the reflecting body having a large number of uneven parts on its surface is manufactured and constituted by winding a master plate 35A having unevenness around the surface of a roll 40. An elastic sheet 60, which is prepared by impregnating a glass fiber fabric with a silicone rubber, is interposed between the surface of the roll 40 and the master plate 35A.
