PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator mounting structure capable of reducing the number of component parts and the number of assembly steps as well as reducing its manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a radiator mounting structure in which a tank 11 is arranged at the end part of a core and a mounting part 18 is arranged at the tank 11. The tank 11 is constituted by a plurality of members 12, 13 divided along its longitudinal direction and the mounting part 18 is integrally arranged at a fixing element 16 for use in fixing each of the members 12, 13 to each other.
