<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system capable of easily setting an access right to all users, easy-to-understand to the user because representing it by a numerical value, i.e., a point, and allowing even a person not having authority that one can know information about the user to set the access right to one's own folder or document. <P>SOLUTION: In this document management system arranging and managing the document by the tree-structure folder, each the folder has a numerical value representing an access level as attribute information, the user has a numerical value representing the access authority as attribute information, and the access authority exceeding a total of the access levels of all the folders present in a path to the target folder is required so as to access the folder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
