POLYAMIDE RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT ANTIFREEZE LIQUID RESISTANCE AND MEMBER OF PLACE EQUIPPED WITH WATER SUPPLY AND COMPOSED OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide resin composition having good durability, strength and heat resistance in combination in contact with an aqueous solution containing warm water and a polyhydric alcohol such as ethylene glycol or propylene glycol as an antifreeze liquid and to provide a member of a place equipped with a water supply and composed of the same composition. SOLUTION: The polyamide resin composition is characterized as follows. The polyamide resin composition comprises (c) an inorganic filler in an amount of 0.5-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a polyamide resin composition composed of (a) 95-50 wt.% of a long-chain aliphatic polyamide resin and (b) 5-50 wt.% of a polyphenylene sulfide resin. The morphology is controlled so that (a) the long-chain aliphatic polyamide resin forms a continuous phase and (b) the polyphenylene sulfide resin is dispersed with 2-0.01μm average particle diameter in the composition.
