The proposed method for determining the type of diastolic dysfunction in patients with sarcoidosis consists in determining the concentration of interleukins 1, 4, and 6 and the content of tumor necrosis factor in the patient's blood. The type of the disfunction is determined by a specified equation, using one of the said indicators that has maximal value.
