PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microrelay allowing stable swing of an armature. SOLUTION: This microrelay has: a base 1 comprising a base plate 10 formed with a storage hole 16 storing an electromagnet device 2, and provided with fixed contacts 14 on one surface side, and a lid body 17 closing one surface side of the storage hole 16; and armature block 3 having the armature 30 driven by the electromagnet device 2 configured by integrally forming, on one surface side of the base 1, a frame body 31 fixed to a peripheral part of the storage hole 16 and a movable base 30a swingably disposed inside a frame of the frame body 31 by processing a silicon substrate, and making the movable base 30 hold a magnetic body 30b, provided with movable contacts 39 contacting with and separated from the fixed contacts 14 in the movable base 30a according to the swing. In the magnetic body 30b, a portion facing to the base 1 is joined with a spherical protrusion 40 formed in a spherical state by metal material, and a swing fulcrum of the armature 30 is configured by the spherical protrusion 40.
