PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a downsized array antenna with so wider scanning zone as to be able to be used even at higher frequency range than 1 GHz.
SOLUTION: The state diagram Fig. 4-B represents a state in which, at a point of application, an actuator 27 has depressed a change responding follow-up mechanism 28 to a lower portion on the diagram. As the result of the depressing action, since the change responding follow-up mechanism 28 turns around a supporting point 29, the working point moves upward with a result that a dielectric 23 also moves upward in parallel with the working point. In this unitary pattern 20, a distance between the working point and the supporting point is longer than that between the point of application and the supporting point. Therefore, in this turning movement, the resulting moved distance of the dielectric 23 has become longer than a distance arising from depressing the point of application by the actuator 27. In other words, by setting the relationship among the three points, i.e., the point of application, the supporting point and the working point, as described above, the change responding follow-up mechanism 28 is given an amplifying function for amplifying the action of the actuator 27.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
|
