PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolating foundation structure easily constructed and having an excellent base isolating function, a wooden house, and base isolation bearing bodies for a building usable for them. SOLUTION: The base isolating foundation structure installed between the foundation ground 1 and a building foundation 2 is constituted by providing slits perpendicularly in flexible banking members 3 of block shape for bearing the building foundation 2. The wooden house is supported on the foundation ground 14 through the base isolation bearing bodies 3 each formed by providing a connection base part integrally with a plurality of base isolating legs which are elastically deformable independently of one another. The base isolation bearing body 3 for the building is formed by foaming a synthetic resin material, and constituted in block shape provided with the slits 4 in the perpendicular direction.
