PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woven fabric for a wader having a flexible touch feeling and having a high needle resistance against a needle-formed material such as a fishing hook or barbed plant. SOLUTION: This needle resistant woven fabric having≥2,000 cover factor is characterized by in its warp yarn, containing a potentially crimp-developable polyester-based fiber having a polytrimethylene terephthalate as at least one component, and it is preferable that in its weft yarn, a multifilament having≤0.8 tex single fiber fineness is contained.
