PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent window closing operation from being interrupted by interference between a window closing signal transmitted from a portable transmitter-receiver and an ID signal transmitted from a portable transmitter-receiver left in a cabin in a smart keyless device for a vehicle for remote-operating window opening/closing operation by the portable transmitter-receiver and performing misplacement corresponding control for preventing misplacement of the portable transmitter-receiver in the cabin.

SOLUTION: Receiving timing of the window closing signal S transmitted from a portable unit 2 located outside the vehicle after locking a door is estimated. In relation to the receiving timing, transmission timing of a request signal (r) is delayed to delay the transmission timing of the ID signal (i) transmitted from a portable unit 3 corresponding to a request signal (r) transmitted into the cabin.
