<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information processing apparatus that can enhance operability when executing a transcription function. <P>SOLUTION: A display 14 displays information including characters. An operation input detection part 46 detects a touch position on the display screen of the display 14 as a specification position. A CPU 40 identifies predetermined information corresponding to the detected specification position as transcription data. A RAM 48 stores information representing the identified transcription data. After the transcription data identification, when the operation input detection part 46 detects a later specification position, the CPU 40 takes the specification position as a destination position and executes the processing of transcribing the transcription data represented by the information stored in the RAM 48 to the destination position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
