PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curing type composition not only enabling a cured product to be decreased in discoloration or an offensive odor to the least possible extent, but also enabling a film after cured to have excellent adhesion to a base material. SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curing type composition contains a compound (α) which is given by reacting a half ester (A) of a compound (a1) having a hydroxy group and an active energy ray-curable cyclic imide group in its molecule and an acid anhydride (a2) with an epoxy compound (B) having one or more glycidyl groups in its molecule.
