<p>The method involves determining a temperature difference between reference and determined temperatures, and determining an actual temperature in a cooking food (2) during a cooking process. A turn-over time is determined as a time in which another temperature difference between the target and actual temperatures reaches a defined part of the former difference and a signal is output when the turn-over time is reached. An independent claim is also included for a cooking device for executing a method for determining turn-over time of a cooking food.</p> |
