<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of providing a new game form by requesting efforts on a game to a player as a condition for imparting a predetermined profit to the player and improving interest in the game as a result. <P>SOLUTION: In the Pachinko game machine 10, a display control circuit 250 displays a two-dimensional code 300a including output information corresponding to a ready-to-win performance image in such a form that it can be imaged by a CCD camera 480 of a portable terminal device 400 in a liquid crystal display device 32 for displaying the ready-to-win performance image.
