The unit has a support plate provided with angularly arranged connecting bars (22, 23) on longitudinal edges of a plate body (21). The plate body has a number of passage openings for arrangement of connecting units. The connecting units connect the formwork units with another formwork unit. The bars extend away from the body in opposite directions. The bars consist of connecting pieces that are distanced from each other. An independent claim is also included for a lost formwork system for concrete components, comprising a formwork unit.
