<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a liquid crystal panel, by which liquid crystal can be separated efficiently from the liquid crystal panel in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: When liquid crystal is separated from the liquid crystal panel 10 by heating the liquid crystal panel 10 housed in a chamber 20 in reduced pressure, a leaking route is formed for transpiring the liquid crystal sealed in the liquid crystal panel 10 in an internal space 20a of the chamber by irradiating the liquid crystal panel 10 with laser beams. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
