PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for controlling an action of transmitting data through a network and a computer readable recording medium. SOLUTION: The control method and the computer readable recording medium are applied to an information communication safety control system, and a server includes steps of; receiving a transmission request for first data and the first data which are transmitted from a first user of a first client; transmitting the transmission request and the first data to a second client of which the second user has a higher transmission authority than that of the first user; receiving an examination result generated by the second user, which is a determination on the transmission request and the first data, from the second client; and generating an integrity confirmation file, which is used to confirm integrity of first and second data when the first user transmits the second data, corresponding to the first data by an integrity operation method and transmitting the integrity confirmation file to the first client.
