<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibiotic coating of transplant and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The coating is formed of at least one kind of saturated organic hydrophobic low molecule matrix forming agent having a melting point in a temperature range of 45-100°C. A low molecule hydrophobic additive is dissolved in the forming agent, and one or more kinds of antibiotics are suspended in a mixture of the matrix forming agent and additive, and/or one or more kinds of antibiotics mixable with the mixture of the matrix forming agent and additive are dissolved in the mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
