PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent light through a portion other than a necessary portion from being transmitted by light shielding of a black surface of an exterior panel of a housing of a mobile phone and to make the outward appearance good by making an exterior color of a surface sharp with a ground color. SOLUTION: The mobile phone where the housing of the mobile phone 1 is provided with an exterior housing panel 10 is characterized in that the exterior housing panel 10 is constituted by fitting an outer housing panel 11 as an outer surface portion onto an exterior structure panel 12 as an outer structure portion of the mobile phone housing by using a both-sided adhesive film 13, which is formed by forming a light shield member (black) on the surface on the side of the exterior structure panel 12.
