<p>A terpolymer comprises 20 to 77% acrylonitrile, 20 to 60% butadiene and 3 to 30% of either 2-hydroxy-ethyl methacrylate or 2hydroxy propyl methacrylate. The mixture of monomers may be made in a solvent, e.g. benzene toluene, xylene or n-heptane and polymerized in the presence of a free radical catalyst, e.g. 2-21-azo-bis-isobutyronitrile, benzoyl peroxide and di-tertiary butyl peroxide.</p> |
