An object is to provide a refrigerating device capable of realizing a high-efficiency operation in a case where there is disposed, in a refrigerating cycle, a compressor (1) having: a plurality of heat sinks (57,58) which function in different temperature zones; and an intermediate-pressure portion. The refrigerating device comprises: the compressor (1) having the intermediate-pressure portion; and a radiator (2) connected to a discharge side of the compressor (1), a refrigerant pipe on an outlet side of the radiator (2) is branched (9A), one of the branched refrigerant pipes is provided with a first heat absorbing unit (10) including a first pressure reducing section (65) and a first heat sink (57), and the other refrigerant pipe is provided with a second heat absorbing unit (11) including a second pressure reducing section (66) and a second heat sink (58). The one refrigerant pipe (6) is connected to the intermediate-pressure portion of the compressor, and the other refrigerant pipe is connected to a suction portion of the compressor on a low-pressure side of the intermediate-pressure portion.
