PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope washing and disinfecting device for reliably sterilizing a treatment liquid supply system. SOLUTION: The endoscope washing and disinfecting device includes a treatment tank 3 which accommodates an endoscope 100 and performs a treatment, either washing with the treatment liquid or disinfecting, on the accommodated endoscope 100, a treatment liquid supply system 11 which supplies the treatment liquid in the treatment tank 3, a liquid discharging system 12 which discharges the waste liquid in the treatment tank 3, an ozone nano bubble water supply means 14 which supplies ozone nano bubble water containing ozone nano bubbles in the treatment liquid supply system 11 to replace the system 11 with the ozone nano bubble water, and a control means for controlling to activate the means 14.
