PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a suitable process when a communication service for which the number of participants is restricted is full or vacancy is created again, in relation to a client in a communication system where a client receiving an information provision service is connected to a server for providing information via a network. SOLUTION: This client is provided with: a message input means for inputting a message to be transmitted to the server; an input status monitoring means for monitoring an input status of the message from the message input means; and an input status annunciation means for annunciating the input status of the message from the message input means obtained by the input status monitoring means to the server.
