PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor machine of an air conditioner hardly causing failure and having high maintainability. SOLUTION: A first circuit board 61 with a circuit pattern surface formed on one side thereof is mounted horizontally to a bottom plate 41; a second circuit board 62 with circuit pattern surfaces formed on both surfaces thereof is mounted vertically to a back plate 62; and a heat sink 65 for dissipating heat is mounted in a part of the back plate 42.
