The invention relates to an apparatus for wrapping a stacked-good unit with a shrink foil wrap with a frame forming a portal, with a conveyor extending through this portal for the stacked-good unit, with drivable shrink foil rolls whose foil webs are connected together at their ends and form a shrink foil curtain in the portal and double welled beams movable opposite one another and arranged on both sides of the portal.
