A piezoelectric actuator (110) is provided with a piezoelectric oscillator (111) which generates oscillation by using displacement of piezoelectric ceramics (113, 114) caused by voltage application. On a part of the surface of the piezoelectric oscillator (111), an oscillation transmitting member (115) is bonded, and the piezoelectric actuator (110) is attached to an electronic device by bonding the oscillation transmitting member (115) on a body (120) to be oscillated.
