PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a waste water treatment apparatus which can maintain neutralizing efficiency and cooling efficiency even when boiler waste water is newly fed to the apparatus during treatment of boiler waste water. SOLUTION: The waste water treatment apparatus is provided with: an ejector 19 as a neutralizing means for boiler waste water; a cooling means 18 for boiler waste water, and a first storage tank 4 and a second storage tank 5 for boiler waste water, and the connection is performed in such a manner that the feed of boiler waste water to the each of the storage tanks 4, 5 is changeable. Further, the storage tanks 4, 5 are provided with a first circulation path 10 and a second circulation path 11 of circulating boiler waste water, respectively, a part of each of the circulation paths 10, 11 is used as common part 12, and the common part 12 is provided with the ejector 19 and the cooling means 18.
