The genital jewellery comprises a penis cap for fitting directly or indirectly on the penis. The opening on the proximal side of the cap is fitted to engage over the glans of the penis and is held secure through a cross-sectional restriction opposite the lumen of the cap, preferably in the transition area to the glans of the penis. The opening cross section of the cap on the proximal side is constricted by a penis ring (1) which is detachably connected to the opening of the cap on the proximal side. The penis ring can be in two semi circular ring sections (2,3) hinged together by an articulation (4) so that the ring can be opened and closed. The penis ring and/or cap can be magnetised for health benefits.
