FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should isolate osseous fragments, carry out intra-focal osseous resection, fill in the cavity successively thrice with liquid nitrogen for 1 min followed by spontaneous defrosting for 3 min, introduce distal osseous fragment into proximal one, fix fragments with the help of metal plate. On achieving consolidation it is necessary to compensate limb's shortening due to osteotomy or corticotomy followed by distraction in Ilizarov's apparatus. The suggested innovation enables to accelerate reparative regeneration, favors organotypical regeneration of bony tissue and decreases the risk of relapses. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 4 dwg, 1 ex |
