A method to process plant pollen including operations of drying and comminuting the initial plant pollen characterized in that the comminuting of the initial plant pollen is conducted at the cryogenictemperature up to achieving the monodispersal consistency of the disintegrated pollen grains in the initial plant pollen, and the cryogenic temperature is created by means of influencing the initial plant pollen, being comminuted, by a cryoagent.
