A method of making a meat cake includes preparing layers of half-finished products, obtaining sauces to be spread by layers of half-finished products, heat treatment of the layers of half-finished products by means of baking thereof in an oven, forming the finished product of the layers/half-finished products and spreadable sauces with the final additional treatment. The layers of half-finished products are made of various products both on the basis of flour (short pastry, layered, cooked) and on the basis of meat (pork, beef, poultry), various kinds of fish, pastes of pork, beef and chicken, and also chicken or pork souffl?, and the sauces do not contain vinegar and mayonnaise.
