The proposed method for producing cytological preparation of dendritic cells consists in providing the double fixation of the cells by gradually adding, dropwise, 0.5 ml of ethyl alcohol to 0.2 ml of the dendritic cell suspension, applying the suspension sample to an object plate, which is treated by bovine serum lysine or albumin, drying the sample in air, dyeing the sample according to the Pappenhaim method, treating the sample with May-Grunwald fixing dye for three minutes, adding distilled water in volume equal to the volume of the mix of the dye with the sample, pouring out the dye within one minute after the start of the treatment, and adding the prepared Romanovsky-Gumza solution, with pH = 6.8, for two minutes.
