PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a bearing pivotally supporting a rotational shaft in close vicinity of a synchronizer, reduce the axial dimension of a transmission, and improve assembling workability. SOLUTION: In this transmission, a shaft end part of the rotational shaft is pivotally supported on a transmission case via the bearing, and a transmission gear is rotatably and pivotally supported on the rotational shaft leaving a predetermined gap from the bearing. The gap has at least a synchro-hub fixed to the rotational shaft and a synchro-sleeve slidably held by the synchro-hub, and the synchronizer selectively coupling the transmission gear to the rotational shaft is arranged.
