PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which allows a user to quickly carry out display after camera-shake correction and to provide a mobile apparatus and a mobile phone. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus wherein an image storage section temporarily stores original image data imaged by an imaging section, an image data size reduction section reduces a size of the original image data to form display image data, and an image display section displays the display image data, includes: a camera-shake state detection section (steps S5, S6) for detecting a camera-shake occurrence state of the imaging section; a camera-shake discrimination section (step S9) for discriminating whether or not a camera-shake takes place in the display image data reduced by the image data size reduction section on the basis of the camera-shake state detected by the camera-shake state detection section; and a camera-shake correction section (steps S10, S11) for applying camera-shake correction to the display image data and displaying the resulting data on the image display section when a discrimination result of the camera-shake discrimination section indicates the camera-shake occurrence state.
