<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel which displays videos of prescribed luminance, and a light-emitting display device that utilizes the pixel. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting display device includes a light-emitting element, a drive section 143 for supplying a pixel current corresponding to the data signal supplied from a data line to the light emitting element, a first switching block 141 installed between the driving section 143 and the data line and a second switching block 142, installed in between the data line and a common terminal formed between the driving section 143 and the light-emitting element. The drive section 143 includes a fifth transistor M15 for supplying pixel current to the light-emitting element, in correspondence with the data signal, a first capacitor C1 connected between the fifth transistor M15 and the first switching block 141 to charge the voltage corresponding to the threshold voltage of the fifth transistor M15, and a second capacitor C2 for charging the voltage corresponding to the data line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
