<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a time information receiving system for receiving standard electric waves by determining a proper receiving time and number of times of receptions, in response to the reception environment. <P>SOLUTION: A radio-controlled watch 1 calculates the current position by receiving a signal f21 transmitted from a GPS satellite 3, controls so as to determine the reception time and the number of times of receptions, by taking into consideration the influence giving prescribed natural phenomenon to a receiving environment at the current position, and corrects the internal time by receiving the standard waves f11 transmitted from a transmission location 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
