PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-site monitoring device of an air-drive valve that can be surely recorded and stored, if operation data exceeding a normal state occurs by automatically monitoring data during operation of the air-drive valve by low power consumption. SOLUTION: The air-drive valve 1 for driving a stem 18 fixed on a diaphragm 21, by introducing compression air in a pressure chamber 23 includes a sensor 34 for detecting the operation data of the valve attached to a valve structure member, and a monitoring means 33 for intermittently monitoring output of the sensor 34, and a recording means 32 for recording output of the sensor 34. The recording means for recording output of the sensor 34, if the output of the sensor 34 has a predetermined trigger value to exceed prescribed number-of-times in a prescribed period.
