SEATING POSITION GRASPING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a service by accurately grasping which seat table a customer is seated at in a restaurant or the like.

SOLUTION: This seating position grasping device is provided with an RFID tag 2 installed in a seat table in which the seat table specification information is stored, a reading/transmitting means 9 to be handed to a customer for reading and transmitting the seat table specification information from the RFID tag when the customer is seated at the seat table and a recognizing means for receiving the seat table specification information read by the reading/transmitting means 9, and for recognizing the seat table at which the customer is seated based on this information.
