PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle for fishing reel capable of changing sinker weight with a simple construction. SOLUTION: The handle for fishing reel is such that a holding part is detachably attached to a grip and sinkers are held at the site standing against the grip and the holding part. In this handle, one end of a supporting shaft 3 is caulkingly fixed on the end of a handle arm 2, and the outer circumference of the shaft part 3c of the supporting shaft 3 is engaged with a cylindrical shaft 4 via bearings 10 and 11. The grip 5 is engagedly bonded and fixed on the outer circumference of the cylindrical shaft 4, the sinkers 6 and 6 are engaged on the outer circumference on the rear end of the cylindrical shaft 4, and the front sinker 6 is butted on the facing part (a) of the rear end face of the grip 5. Each of the sinkers 6 is made of brass, a tungsten alloy, lead, a tungsten powder-containing resin or the like, being in the form of a perforated disc. The screw hole 4g of the cylindrical shaft 4 is screwed with a male screw 7b formed on the outer circumference of the central cylindrical part 7a of the holding part 7, and the facing part b on the front end face of the cap part 7c of the holding part 7 is butted on the rear sinker 6.
