PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment system for an organic waste effective for recycling of the waste capable of efficiently decomposing and treating the organic waste such as a seafood residue discarded at food processing process, agricultural product waste such as dung or urine of stocks, e.g., chicken dung, pig dung and cow dung and vegetable waste and further an animal and plant foodstuff residue such as a garbage in a short time, further performing treatment of a resin material and safely treating the waste containing a heavy metal component. SOLUTION: The treatment system for the organic waste having a constitution containing a preform for fixing a fungus body and the fungus bodies belonging to 10 group or more selected from the fungus bodies of 15 group of at least streptomyces, sulfolobus, saccharopolyspola, streptomyces, nocordia, pseudomonas, cytophaga, spotocytophaga, bacillus, cellulomonas, streptomyces, clostridum, aspergillus, penicillium and rhizopus is provided.
