PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dioxins detoxifying apparatus capable of safely and efficiently performing detoxifying of a solid contaminated by the dioxins at a low cost. SOLUTION: The dioxins detoxifying apparatus 1 is provided with a vacuum heating means 10 for separating the dioxins from a contaminated waste W by heating the contaminated waste W containing the dioxins in the vacuum state; and an electron beam treatment means 20 for decomposing and detoxifying the dioxins separated from the contaminated waste W by the vacuum heating means 10.
